NOTICE TO VILLAGE OF FOWLERVILLE RESIDENTS

     Please be advised that the Village of Fowlerville Ordinance for Snow and Ice removal from e Village sidewalks requires snow and ice to be removed from the side walks within 24 hours for snowfalls of one to four inches and within 48 hors for snowfalls of five inches and more.

     If it the property owner's responsibility (or the occupant of the property) to make sure that snow and ice is removed from village sidewalks. Citations will be issued and/or snow will be removed at the property owner's expense if the ordinance is not complied with. If a Village property owner fails to pay the bill for snow which has been removed by Village staff within 30 days from he date the bill was mailed, the Council may add a 10% penalty to the bill and the total will be levied on the following Summer tax roll.
