Our graphics belong to us and are not to be duplicated, copied or used in any way without our permission in writing.

Any articles that are submitted by our viewers can not be monitored, but we respect the fact that each individual is honest and would not fringe upon any copyright law. If your article is a copy from somewhere else please provide us with a name and contact number that could verify that you have permission to use such material.

As our photographs from neighborhood outings are supplied by our online staff photographer we reserve the right to print them and use them in fair trade as freedom of the press.
