How much do the office visits cost?
Cost varies by depending on reason. The average cost
is approximately $80.00 for the office visit. are
offered at no cost to the participant while others
charge a fee. We accept most insurance plans
with little or no deductible. Call our office for
conformation.
If there is a cost, how do I make payment?
Due to a large amount of insufficient checks we no
longer accept checks, but we do accept credit cards
and cash.
Payment must be received upon conclusion of visit.
Will insurance pay for a everything?
In some instances yes, your insurance company may
cover the all cost. Please contact your insurance
company to see if they will cover the costs and the
appropriate steps you will need to take if they don't.
Community Care covers the cost of everything minus
your deductible. HMO.s and PPO.s vary but should
cover all cost.
How many times do you offer a weight program?
Most programs are offered on a regular basis
(i.e.weekly, monthly or quarterly). Please contact us
for up to date information.
Once in the program it continues indefinite until
you are committed to health care and can assist
yourself.
Can a spouse or significant other attend? If so, at
what cost?
Anyone can attend. The cost is $100.00 enrollment and
$20.00 per visit.
Do you have late appointments?
No, we feel we are open for the public from 10am till
5pm, giving them enough time to come into the office.
So if you make an appointment or wish to see the
Doctor please come in at least one hour prior to your
appointment time.
If we have no appointments at 4:00pm our office
will close at 4:30pm.
If I’m a in need of emergency treatment what
do I so ?
If you can not make it into the office and need a referral
we have an after hours number to be reached at. It is
000.000.0000 If you don't need a referral go straight
to the emergency room the at McPherson
Hospital.
Can I get my medications filled over the phone?
Only if it is a valid medication and you were seen in
this office prior to it being administered. If you
lost or uncontrollable circumstances keeping you from
your prescription it's possible. If it is over 2
months old NO, you will be required to be seen by the
Doctor in the office.
Is there a senior citizen’s rate?
We do not offer a discount for senior citizens.
